Product Description

The new CliC Compact offers the much-loved patented CliC magnetic front closure with a new hinged side and soft foldable rubberized headband. This is the only CliC product with a soft flexible back. This means you can fold them up and store them in small microfiber bag (included). Like all CliCs, the side stems are adjustable for length. The flexible headband also gives greater freedom in fit. The front and arm of each Compact is black; there are 4 color choices for the headband: black, neon green, blue, or gray. Like all CliCs, this frame uses CliC's patented front magnetic closure and integrated rear head/neck band. When you need the glasses, you raise them up and they "CliC" together with a strong magnetic closure. The headband keeps them secure on your head with no risk of falling off. When you do not need them, simply open the front and lower to your neck. The rear band now keeps them hanging conveniently around your neck so they're ready when you need them... with no chance you're going to lose them somewhere. Stop losing your glasses by setting them down and walking away ! Now they're always with you --- and ready whenever and wherever you need them.

  • CliC Patented Front Connection Technology - Easy On, Easy Off

  1. Comfortable, but... 4 Star Review

Posted by on April 12, 2017, 6:56 am

Had a pair of Clic Euro w/solid plastic wrap around on the back. I loved them. My head size must be a little smaller than normal, and the Euro style seemed to fit snugly, but they were still comfortable. The primary difference between the compact and my previous Euro style (which I had to replace since they broke, I was rough on them) is not just the flexible wrap on the compact, but they fit a little more loosely, which makes them feel less than secure around my neck.

The Euro's rigid wrap helps them to hang more securely (I feel) than the flexible wrap on the compacts. I do love the compact weight and comfort, but I find myself reaching up to make sure that they are not going to fall off.

Of course, this may all be perception, since I wore the Euro style for over a year and was what I was used to. I think these will work well for the office, but I may try to repair the band on my Euro's to use for everyday use.

  2. Comfortable to wear 4 Star Review

I forget I have them on. Easy on neck. I have two pairs that are not compact type, prefer this type now. If only you offered more choice of frame color.
I did not rate 5 stars because frames were only available in black.

  3. More Options Needed 3 Star Review

The concept is good and I like the fact that you can fold them up and carry in my backpack. Just wish they were available in the "XL" (fat head) size and with more frame color options.
